Base plate for post 60 x 40 mm
Are you planning to install a fence soon, but your garden only has a paved or concrete surface? Then it's handy to purchase a base plate for this purpose. With the base plate for a 60 x 40 mm post, you can easily install a fence or gate with posts of 60 x 40 mm. You attach the base plates in the right place and place the posts in them.
Please note that the posts are all sold with a 60 cm extension and need to be cut to size when using base plates.
Fenceonline base plates
The base plate for 60 x 40 mm posts is suitable for twin wire mesh fences or v wire mesh fences. This straight base plate is easy to place on the ground or against a wall. If you have a small wall where you want to place it, then an L - base plate is better suited. Either way, it makes it much easier to install a fence.
Installing the base plate
The base plate can easily be attached to the ground or wall using the two holes in the plate. The post slides over the base plate, so the base plate is hardly visible anymore. Only the two sides will still be visible. Want to ensure that the post stands firmly? Then use a self-tapping screw to mount the base plate to the post, so you don't have to worry about it anymore. Please note that you need to purchase two self-tapping screws per base plate.
We do not provide ground mounting materials with the base plates, nor do we have them in our assortment. You will need to purchase these separately elsewhere.
