Returns
As a customer of Fenceonline, you have the option of returning your order within 14 days of delivery without giving reasons.
You can register a return with us using the form for dissolution or withdrawal, which can be found at the bottom of this page. You can send the form to us by e-mail.
Returning products
You must arrange the transport of the return shipment yourself. The costs for the return are for you, the customer. If necessary, we can also arrange the return collection of your order, please contact us for this. The associated transport costs are usually between €100 and €250. For larger quantities or multiple products/pallets, the amount may be higher.
Exceptions to returns
Returning products is not possible or results in extra costs in the cases below:
If items have been used, damaged or where a change has been made to/on them.
If items have been reported too late as returns and/or returned too late.
If our assembly service has been used (used items).
In case articles are not properly packed.
If articles are returned to us with insufficient postage.
Barred fencing.
The costs are calculated at the time of cancellation and depend on the products chosen
