To securely place these posts in the ground, concrete mortar or quick-set concrete is required, both of which can be easily ordered online. Gates must always be installed in the ground. Do you prefer to place the gate on base plates? Then we recommend purchasing a sturdy base plate from a construction company to ensure the gate stands firm.
