Premium Round Bar Swing Gate

The gate is characterised by round bars that are securely clamped between a top and bottom beam. The bars have a diameter of 2.5 cm and extend through the top beam, creating pointed ends. This makes climbing over the gate extremely difficult, serving as an effective security measure.
Dimensions and Colours of the Premium Round Swing Gate
The premium round swing gate is available in different heights, widths, and colours. Additionally, the gate comes in both single and double versions. The available widths for the premium round swing gate are as follows:
- Single swing gate: Available in widths of 100, 120, 150, 200, 250, and 300 cm.
- Double swing gate: Available in widths of 200, 240, 300, 400, 500, and 600 cm.
These widths come in standard heights, listed below:

Thanks to the variety of width and height options, this gate is highly versatile in different settings. Lower gates are ideal for locations such as schools, car parks, public parks, and showrooms, while taller gates are particularly suited for commercial buildings and data centres. The gates are galvanised and can optionally be coated in green (RAL6009), anthracite (RAL7016) or black (RAL9005).
Gate Leaf
The horizontal steel box section measures 60x40 mm, while the vertical box section is 60x60 mm. The filling consists of 25 mm round bars that pass through the beams, with a centre to centre distance of 150 mm between the bars. For gates with a height of 150 cm or more, the bars are chamfered at the top. The gate leaf is supplied as standard with an anti drop security feature, and the end caps are made of black plastic.
Hinges and Locking System
The gate’s hinges and locking system include an integrated euro profile cylinder lock with a handle. The gate is fitted with adjustable hinges and ground bolts to secure the gate leaves in both the open and closed positions.

Installation
The gate posts should be placed approximately 90 cm into the ground and secured with concrete to ensure stability. If the gate is being installed on a concrete surface, the posts must be shortened by 90 cm, and the remaining section should be mounted onto a base plate.
