It is equipped with a twin wire mesh infill with wires measuring 5 mm and 6 mm thick, which are welded together for extra durability. The posts of the 125 cm wide premium garden gate measure 60 x 60 mm, with a steel thickness of 2 mm. This sturdy construction ensures the gate’s high level of security.
Like the premium double gates, the premium single gates are galvanised and powder-coated. This dual-layer protection effectively shields the gate from weather conditions, minimising the risk of rust and significantly increasing its lifespan.

Difference Between premium and professional garden Gates
Both premium and professional garden gates are suitable for v mesh fencing and twin wire mesh fencing. However, there are some key differences, mainly in dimensions and construction:
- The premium garden gate has a 6/5/6 mm twin wire mesh infill, while the professional garden Gate has a 8/6/8 mm twin wire mesh infill for extra reinforcement.
- The premium garden gate posts extend approximately 50 cm into the ground, while the professional garden Gate posts extend approximately 70 cm into the ground.
- The professional garden Gate features more robust hinges, which are mounted differently from those on the premium garden gate.
- The premium garden gate lock is mounted inside the gate frame, whereas the professional garden Gate lock is integrated into the gate infill.
Dimensions of the premium Single Garden Gate
The premium Single Garden Gates are available in three widths: 100 cm, 120 cm and 150 cm. The stated width represents the distance between the posts.
For the 125 cm wide gate, the specific dimensions are:
- 115.5 cm – Gate wing width
- 115 cm – Passage width between the posts (measured between the latch keeper and the hinges, which slightly protrude)
- 137 cm – Total width of the opening, including the posts
- 6 cm – Width per post

- For in-ground installation, use quick-setting concrete for extra stability.
