Bamboo is a very fast growing plant species and after the bamboo posts are harvested without roots, they grow back very quickly. The bamboo used is therefore a renewable raw material. In addition, the bamboo poles have the same properties as tropical hardwood and will therefore not decay. The screens therefore have a very long lifespan.
The bamboo fence gives every garden a tropical character. The beautiful combination of bamboo posts with galvanized steel gives your garden a tropical & special look. Bamboo fence panels consist of a frame of galvanized steel profiles which is filled with a row of bamboo posts. The bamboo posts are placed somewhat in the bond, making the bamboo fence almost 'opaque'. Maintenance
Over time, the bamboo posts will become slightly duller and lighter in colour due to the various weather conditions. They can also split vertically over time. However, the screens will retain their natural appearance. If desired, you can treat the screens with a clear varnish to provide the bamboo poles with extra protection and to restore the old colour and shine.
